Shipping Policy

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping method
All orders ship via USPS. Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after processing, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as transit is handled by USPS.

Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Orders over $30 ship free.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.

Lost or delayed packages
Once an order is handed to USPS, delivery is in their hands. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If you still need help, reach out to us at support@prettyfrank.com and we'll do what we can to assist.

Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute or refund orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly.

We currently ship within the United States.
