Refund policy

Real talk: we want you to love your Pretty Frank. If it's not working out, we'll make it right.

Your 30-day window You've got 30 days from the day your order lands to start a return. To send something back, it needs to be unused and unopened, in its original packaging, with your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start Email us at support@prettyfrank.com and we'll get you sorted. If we approve your return, we'll send instructions on where to send your return to. Anything shipped back without checking in first can't be accepted, so reach out before you ship.

Damaged, defective, or just plain wrong? Give your order a once-over the moment it arrives. If anything's damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us right away and we'll fix it. No hassle, no runaround.

What we can't take back For hygiene reasons, we can't accept opened or used personal care products. Sale items and gift cards are final sale too. Not sure if your item qualifies? Just ask.

Refunds Once your return reaches us, we'll inspect it and let you know if it's approved. If it is, we'll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may need a little extra time to post it. If it's been more than 15 business days since we approved your refund and it's still a no-show, email support@prettyfrank.com and we'll chase it down.
